A medical examination may be required for visa applications for some countries. This might include a medical history, an examination, blood tests, x-rays, and vaccinations.

Each country has specific requirements and official documents that need to be completed. Please bring these along with you to your appointment.

USA Visa Medicals

Immigrant visas (going to live in the USA)

Please bring the following to your appointment:

• Passport
• 3 photographs: USA passport size, 5cm x 5cm
• Your vaccination records if available. All vaccines are available at our clinic, and we will give you all your age-appropriate vaccinations.

Please do not have any vaccinations for 4 weeks prior to your appointment with us, as they may interfere with other vaccines that we need to give you.
