We know that it is difficult to keep up to date with every aspect of medicine, and travel medicine is a field that is constantly changing. Travel medicine consults are also very time-consuming, and many doctors prefer to refer their difficult patients to us, eg. those with extended and complicated itineraries to exotic destinations, children, and pregnant women.

If you prefer to manage the patient yourself, or are in country areas, we provide a GP assist service. You and your patient fill in a form regarding their general health and trip details, and we fax back general recommendations for their vaccinations, malaria prophylaxis and other health precautions. There is a small fee payable for this service, by either yourself or your patient.
